Anyone can advertise a craft class. Which Craft? lists only accredited Centres for Craftsmanship — working studios that have been verified as genuine teaching spaces and entered into the national provenance register.
That verification is the whole point. When you book through Which Craft?, you know the person teaching holds a documented practice, the studio is a real working space, and the skills being passed on are the trade as it is actually practised.
